Mid-Day Accident on 322

At 1207hrs on 1/17/2017 Station 38 along with MICU46 were dispatched to Edges Mill Rd & Rt 322 for the accident. Rescue 38 responded within 2 minutes of dispatch and arrived first to report a 2 vehicle head on accident blocking the eastbound lanes of Route 322. Trash/Debris Fire

On Monday 1/16/2017 the morning started off early for the Thorndale Volunteers as we were alerted at 09:12 for the 200blk of Jonathan Dr in Moores Woods for a trash fire. Engine 38 made the response and were advised that it was a vacant property under construction and approx a 4x5 foot section of debris and trash on fire to the rear.

Assist Modena on Working Garage Fire

On Friday afternoon at 16:50hrs Station 38 was dispatched to assist Station 37 (Modena) along with several other area companies for a garage fire. Chief 37 made the response and was advised of a possible working fire with numerous calls being received. Upon Chief 37's arrival he confirmed a working fire with heavy fire showing from a detached 16x20 garage.

Serious Accident on 340

At 00:54 on Thursday morning Station 38 along with Ambulance 41 and Medic 93 were dispatched to the area of Rt340 and N Bailey Rd for an MVA reported with entrapment. Chief 38 responded within minutes and was advised by Chester County 911 Center of 1 vehicle off the roadway into a tree and the occupant appeared trapped and not responding.
