Thorndale Pumper Construction Progress - 12/19/2014

On Thursday July 11, 2014, the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company and Caln Township placed an order for a new pumper with 4-Guys Fire Trucks, Inc. of Meyersdale, PA through the local sales representative, Bob Pursel of Commonwealth Fire Equipment Company, Inc. located in Winchester, VA.

Annual Holiday Party

On Wednesday December 17, 2014, the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company celebrated their annual Holiday Party. The party was held for the firefighters and their families in the fire company banquet room. It was an evening of excellent food and companionship that was attended by over 80 people. Santa Claus Visit Caln Township

On Saturday December 13, 2014, Santa Claus made his annual visit to Caln Township and with the help from the dedicated volunteers of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company, he was able to visit lots of children along the way.
