On Saturday July 19th at 22:36 hours the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company was dispatched for an auto accident with injuries and fire at the intersection of Kings Highway and Reeceville Road. Caln Police arrived on scene to report no fire and that both occupants were out of the vehicle with one showing injuries. One occupant was quickly taken away in the ambulance upon our arrival. Engine 76 (VA) assisted by securing the vehicles and Rescue 38 arrived on scene with a full crew and worked to clean up debris and stop leaking fluids from running over the roadway while the Thorndale Fire Police controlled traffic through the intersection. The company cleared the scene after the tow trucks picked up both vehicles.
