On Saturday May 16th, members of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company responded to the area of Barley Sheaf for the birthday party of a future firefighter.

One of Caln Townships’ youngest turned four years old and the Thorndale Fire Company was invited to share it with him and the rest of the family and friends. Several firefighters, an EMT, the Fire Chief and Sparky the fire dog himself were able to show the guests at the party a fun time by playing with some water, touring Rescue 38 and getting to ride around the neighborhood! Smiles were abound by the attendees of all ages.
