On Thursday July 27th, Engine 38 with a crew of 6 traveled to Cochranville Fire Company Station 27 to provide coverage while their members worked the annual Cochranville Fire Company Fair. Thorndale crews were met at Station 27 by Rescue/Engine 36 of Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company. Crews from both companies were treated to a delicious meal of choice from the fair food stand, a drink of choice and the best for last a milkshake that crews thoroughly enjoyed on the warm summer night.

Engine 38 and Rescue/Engine 36 handled one emergency while on the transfer assignment. Thorndale would like to thank Chief 27 and the Cochranville Fire Company for their hospitality while on standby and best of luck on the remaining nights of the fair.
