May 17, 2024, the Thorndale Fire Company had a visit from a group of home schooled students, who brought their siblings, and Moms.

The students toured Engine 38 and Rescue 38. CFF Ryan Lewis and Fire Prevention Officer Kim Mattson provided Fire safety education to all of the visitors. The students were able to tour the rest of the fire station before departing.

The younger visitors really enjoyed the soapy water puddles that were left behind, after CFF Lewis completed his station chores. Many thanks to CFF Lewis for showing pride for the station.
