On Saturday December 13, 2014, Santa Claus made his annual visit to Caln Township and with the help from the dedicated volunteers of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company, he was able to visit lots of children along the way.

Santa arrived early in the morning, prepared for a cold day aboard the fire engine. At 08:00, he climbed aboard along with 30 volunteers ready hit the streets of Caln Township and deliverr the candy canes he brought from the North Pole. The fire engine roamed the streets with the red lights blazing and siren blaring to alert all the children that Santa was near. It took nearly five hours to complete the job, but Santa was very happy with the results.

Thank you to the residents of Caln Township for their generous donations to the fire company that were collected along the way.

The volunteers of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company would like to wish all our residents Happy Holidays!
