At 1207hrs on 1/17/2017 Station 38 along with MICU46 were dispatched to Edges Mill Rd & Rt 322 for the accident. Rescue 38 responded within 2 minutes of dispatch and arrived first to report a 2 vehicle head on accident blocking the eastbound lanes of Route 322. MICU46 arrived and began to check the subjects involved for any injuries. Shortly after Traffic 38 arrived along with 2 other Fire Police Officers and set up a lane around the accident to allow eastbound traffic to flow smoothly without having to shut traffic down.

Crews remained on scene for approx 20 minutes while the vehicles were towed from the scene and the roadway was cleaned up. Luckily no one was seriously injured in the accident and no one was transported via EMS.
