Chief Donnachie and Fire and Life Safety Educator Mattson, participated in a First Responders Day held at the Chester County Sports Arena, Friday July 30, 2021. There were approximately 250 children in attendance. Chief Donnachie educated the children about Engine 38. Fire and Life Safety Educator Mattson educated the children about fire safety, exit drills in the home, calling 911, wearing your seat belt, and sleeping with your bedroom door closed. During this time, recruitment was also being done, with 2 potential new members. Thank you Ben Fastman, Director of the CCSA who invited our Station to attend.
