To request a copy of an incident report for an incident to which the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company has responded, kindly complete the form in the link below. Print the form and send it to the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company C/O Fire Chief along with your check in the amount of $50.00 to the address on the form. Please note that each individual incident reported requested has a $50.00 fee
It is essential to note that the incident in question must have occurred within the primary response area of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
