On Friday morning March 6, 2026 Premium Power delivered a new backup generator that will used to support our operations during power outages. The generator was purchased as part of an LSA grant received whereby the fire station is better positioned to assist our residents and community members during times of severe weather conditions or other types of emergencies occurring in the township where power outages are being experienced for extended periods of time. A crane was brought in and utilized to lift the generator over the building and set it in place on the pad located to the rear of the building. Premium Power is now in the process of completing all the required connections to make the generator operational.
